Annual Communications Survey
As we embark on our strategic planning work, we recognize that effective communication is essential to serving our community. Your feedback last year helped shape our communication strategies, and we want to continue improving. That’s why we’re asking for your input once again through our annual communications survey.
This survey is designed to gather insights on your experiences and preferences as well as suggestions for how we can enhance our communication efforts. Your responses will directly guide our approach to sharing information, strengthening community connections, and addressing any communication challenges.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will remain open until Friday, March 28th. Your responses are anonymous, confidential and will be used solely to help us refine our communication practices.

Gratiot-Isabella Regional Education Service District, Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency, Beal City Public Schools, Breckenridge Community Schools, Central Montcalm Public School, DeWitt Public Schools, Fulton Schools, Ovid-Elsie Area Schools, St. Johns Public Schools, and St. Louis Public Schools (jointly, a consortium known as MMNET) are each considering granting use of unlit fiber optic strains to Merit Network. Pursuant to the Michigan Telecommunications Act, a public hearing related to the proposed conveyances will be held on June 17 at 9 a.m. at Gratiot-Isabella RESD, 1131 E. Center St., Ithaca, MI 48846. More information about the proposed conveyances can be obtained by contacting Joe Smith, Systems Engineer, Gratiot-Isabella RESD, at 989-875-5101.
