Introduction & Purpose
Welcome! We are your Clinton County Early Literacy Coaches. Our coaching work is primarily with K-3 educators, but this web page is a resource for all educators in literacy Pre-K-12.
In collaboration with the Read By Third Grade Law, section 35a(4) of the State School Aid Act provides funds to ISD’s for early literacy coaches to assist teachers in developing and implementing instructional strategies for teachers of students in grades K-3 in order for students to read by third grade benchmark.
