Technology Services
The Technology Department provides technical support for all CCRESA technology devices including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and servers and ensures reliable network service access to email, calendaring programs, web services and more. Technology Department staff also schedules meetings and assists with conference needs in the CCRESA Conference Center including audio/visual needs such as computers, projectors and microphones. The Technology Department continuously works on process improvement to meet the evolving needs of the RESA and local school districts.
The Data Support Services team provides training, report writing, state reporting, application support, application maintenance, and server support.
The Technical Support Services team schedules on-site visits by technicians. The staff provides technical implementation and support for software and hardware used in the District. This includes planning, researching, implementing, managing and supporting all end-user technologies.
